Introduction
The TXS0108EPWR is an eight-bit non-inverting level shifter. It is able to use two distinct adjustable power rails. The A port is used to monitor the VCCA pin's supply voltage. VCCA pins are able to accept any voltage that is between 1.4V to 3.6V. Port B tracks the VCCB supply voltage for the pin. When the output-enable output is at a low level the outputs are all being in the high-impedance condition. To ensure Hi-Z status at power-on and power-off it is connected OE to GND through a pull-down resistor. The minimal resistivity is determined by the power source capabilities that the driver has.

3. If a device with 5V draws down the bus line to a lower level The "low voltage" component of the diode draining from the MOS-FET tube gets drawn down until VGS reaches the threshold. The MOSFET tube then begins to conduct. This is also known as the "low voltage" section of the line brought down to a low niveau by the 5V device, which is then inserted into the MOS-FET tube which conducts.
